Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ODWP Services, we take pride in delivering quality work tailored to each client’s specific needs. Since our services involve time, effort, and customization, we kindly ask you to read and understand our refund and cancellation policy before working with us.

1. Project Cancellations

You may cancel a project at any time. However:

  • If the project is cancelled before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • If the project is cancelled after work has started, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.

  • If the project is nearly complete or already delivered, no refund will be provided.

All cancellations must be communicated clearly via email or phone.

2. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not guaranteed once a project has begun. Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

  • You are unsatisfied with work due to clear failure to deliver on agreed terms.

  • A technical issue or delay is caused entirely by us and not corrected within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: dissatisfaction based on a change of mind, unclear feedback, or missing content is not considered valid grounds for a full refund.


3. Payment Disputes

If you have concerns about the quality or delivery of the work, we encourage you to contact us directly. We’ll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.

4. Edits and Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions as part of your package. Additional changes or requests outside the original scope may incur extra charges.


5. No Refunds for Completed Projects

Once a project is completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued, especially if payment was made in cash and the client approved the final version.
