2. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon completion of the project or in accordance with a written agreement. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work begins.
3. Project Timeline
We aim to complete most projects within 7–14 working days, depending on project size and client response time. Delays caused by missing content or client feedback may extend this timeline.
4. Revisions
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra charges, which will be communicated in advance.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate content, images, and business details
Approving design and layout decisions
Responding promptly to feedback and communication
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are generally not offered once the work has begun. If a project is canceled before work starts, any deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
7. Website Ownership
Once full payment is received, the website and its contents belong to you. You are free to manage or transfer it as you see fit.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Website downtime caused by third-party hosting
Security issues arising from client-managed plugins or themes
- Content accuracy provided by the client
